N2  - Die Hirnstammaudiometrie zählt zu den objektiven Hörtestmethoden. Ziel dieser Arbeit war, zu überprüfen, ob das BERAphon® xxl, ein klinisches BERAsystem, zur Diagnostik von Hörstörungen beim Erwachsenen geeignet ist. Getestet wurden 40 normalhörende junge Erwachsene. Es zeigt sich, dass sowohl Screening als auch Hörschwellenbestimmung mittels BERAphon® beim Erwachsenen, ebenso wie beim Neugeborenen, möglich sind.
N2  - The detection of brainstem auditory-evoked responses is one possibility of an objectiv hearing-test. The aim of this dissertation was, to check, whether BERAphon® xxl, a clinical ABR system, can be used for hearing tests in adults. 40 normal hearing young adults have been tested. The results show, that screening and derivation of hearing thresholds in adults using BERAphon® is possible as well as in newborn.
