N2  - Bei 320 endodontisch behandelten Patienten wurde eine Erfolgskontrolle der Behandlung durchgeführt. Der Recallzeitraum lag im Schnitt bei 19,25 Monaten. Alle Behandlungsruppen zeigten im Vergleich zur Literatur überdurchschnittlich gute Erfolgsquoten ( non- chirurgisch 93,35%, chirurgisch 83%, kombiniert chirurgisch/ non- chirurgisch 81,82%, Revisionsbehandung 95,10%). Die Studie hat zeigen können, dass mit der Technik der vertikalen Kondensation erwärmter Guttapercha nach SCHILDER und bei mikrochirurgischen Eingriffen unter Zuhilfenahme des OP- Mikroskops die Ergebnisse der Behandlung überdurchschnittlich gut ausfallen.
N2  - A follow- up study of 320 endodontically treated patients was conducted. The average recall time was 19,25 months. All differetly treated groups of patients showed a higher rate of success compared to literature ( non- surgical group 93,35%, surgical group 83%, combined surgical/ non-surgical 81,82%, re-treated 95,10%). The study could show that patients treated with vertically condensed heated guttapercha (SCHILDER- Tecnique) and microsurgery with the help of the microscope show an exceptionell good result of treatment.
