N2  - Die Fistelrate nach partieller Pankreatikoduodenektomie ist abhängig von vielfachen Variablen. Dem Einsatz von Octreotiden, synthetische Analoga des natürlich im Körper vorkommenden Somatostatin, ist eine Verringerung der Fistelrate zuzuschreiben. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Studie wurden verschiedene Dosierungen von Octreotiden auf ihre Wirksamkeit überprüft. Der Einsatz von Octreotiden zeigt eine Verringerung in Fistel- und Insuffizienzrate der Pankreatikojejunostomie nach partieller Pankreatikoduodenektomie, wenn auch keine Signifikanz nachgewiesen werden konnte. Die absolute Menge der Sekretion des Pankreas als auch die Enzymkonzentrationen an Amylase und Lipase ändern sich durch das Medikament nicht.
N2  - The rate of fistula after partial pancreaticoduodenectomy depends on several variables. The use of octreotide, a synthetic analogon of the naturally found somatostatin, decreases the rate of fistula. In this study severable dosages of octreotide habe been tested. The use of octreotide has been shown a decrease in the rate of fistula and insuffiences of the pancreaticojejunostomy after partial pancreaticoduodenectomy, even if no significance could be proven. The total amount of secretion as well as the concentration of the enzymes amylase and lipase did not change through the drug.
