N2  - In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden mittels 5-Methylcytosin Immunofärbung zytogenetische Analysen an Metaphasechromosomen aus der Mitose, an Interphase-Zellen verschiedener Organe und an Meiose-Stadien der Maus (Mus musculus) zur Detektion hypermethylierter DNA durchgeführt. Zusätzlich erfolgte eine C-Bänderung an Metaphasechromosomen und Meiose-Stadien zum Nachweis von konstitutivem Heterochromatin.
N2  - In the present work, 5-methylcytosine immunostaining was used to perform cytogenetic analysis on metaphase chromosomes from mitosis, on interphase cells from various organs and on meiotic stages of the mouse (Mus musculus) to detect hypermethylated DNA. In addition, C-banding was performed on metaphase chromosomes and meiosis stages to detect constitutive heterochromatin.
