Neben k{\"o}rperlichen Beschwerden kann auch die Psyche in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden. Fehlt es an entsprechenden Bew{\"a}ltigungsstrategien, kann der selbstbestimmte Tod als einziger Ausweg erscheinen. Ziel und Fragestellung Die vorliegende {\"U}bersichtsarbeit zur Suizidalit{\"a}t bei Krebspatienten befasst sich mit einem Thema, das in der Forschung und Praxis in Deutschland nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit findet. Material und Methoden Eine themenbezogene Literaturrecherche stellt die Basis der Arbeit dar. Ergebnisse Todesw{\"u}nsche unter Krebspatienten sind nicht selten und k{\"o}nnen Suizidgedanken/-absichten beinhalten. Psychische Beschwerden, insbesondere Hoffnungslosigkeit und Depression, sind ernstzunehmende Risikofaktoren. Das Erkennen einer hohen psychischen Belastung/von Todesw{\"u}nschen ist ein wichtiger Aspekt f{\"u}r die Suizidpr{\"a}vention. F{\"u}r die Praxis empfiehlt sich zun{\"a}chst die Verwendung von Frageb{\"o}gen. Bei auff{\"a}lligen Werten muss die Suizidalit{\"a}t proaktiv in einem pers{\"o}nlichen Gespr{\"a}ch exploriert werden. Betroffene sind meist ambivalent bez{\"u}glich ihrer Entscheidung f{\"u}r oder gegen das Leben. Dies stellt eine große Chance f{\"u}r Interventionen dar. Schlussfolgerungen Suizidalit{\"a}t kann verhindert werden, wenn die hohe Belastung erkannt wird. Bereits das Gespr{\"a}ch zwischen Arzt und Patient {\"u}ber Todesw{\"u}nsche kann eine erste Entlastung darstellen.},

  abstract  = {The implementation of mobile information and communication technology in the field of health services, e.g. in the form of apps, is becoming increasingly important. Unfortunately, the necessary quality criteria are often mising. Thus, it seems important, that in addition to an app controlling authority highly qualified health care professionals participate in the development of these applications. For reasons of liability, however, the physician must exercise great caution in the selection and recommendation of medical apps, especially considering, that only a few apps are certified as medical devices. There are a large number of medical apps on the market, with only a small proportion being assigned to the field of otorhinolaryngology. The areas of audiology, sleep medicine and allergology are most frequently represented. Althouhgh there is increasing scientific work on this topic in the field of otorhinolaryngology, there is a lack of scientific evidence of contents and results, as is generally the case of medical apps. However, there are other possibilities for users to rate medical apps regarding defined qualitiy criteria such as functionality, scientific integrity, but also data privacy. None of the apps assessed by such a evaluation tool met all the required quality criteria, but the applied instrument helped to better assess the application. However, it was possible to consider the quality criteria in the developmental process of an medical app for the field of otorhinolaryngoglogy. In summary, the present work provide a comprehensive insight into the topic "Apps in Otorhinolaryngology" with the aim to use these modern aids in a beneficial way.},

  abstract  = {Die Versorgung von Leistenhernien mit offenen und minimal-invasiven Verfahren hat in den vergangenen 30 Jahren einen vom Ergebnis her gesehen hohen Standard erreicht. Allerdings besteht noch Bedarf an einer weiteren Reduktion der postoperativen Serome, chronischen Schmerzen und des Rezidivs. In diesem Videobeitrag wird die endoskopische Anatomie der Leiste im Hinblick auf die robotische transabdominelle pr{\"a}peritoneale Patchplastik (r‑TAPP) dargestellt und die Operationsschritte der r‑TAPP als Video illustriert. Es werden die Ergebnisse einer Kohortenstudie an 302 konsekutiven Hernien, die mittels r‑TAPP operiert wurden, vorgestellt und hinsichtlich des Mehrwerts der robotischen Technik - auch in der Weiterbildung - diskutiert. Die r‑TAPP ist die nat{\"u}rliche Weiterentwicklung der konventionellen TAPP und hat das Potenzial, bei zunehmender Ger{\"a}teverf{\"u}gbarkeit und Reduktion der Materialkosten zu einem neuen Standard zu werden. K{\"u}nftige Studien werden den vielseitigen Mehrwert der r‑TAPP auch mit neuen Parametern verfeinern m{\"u}ssen.},

  abstract  = {Peau d'{\^A}me has often been regarded as an enigmatic and mysterious text which prevented a broad attention and interpretation since its posthumous publication in 1935. But putting the perspective on Pozzi's Journal, particularly during the years 1920 and 1921, allows us to discover a significant intertextuality between both of them. Catherine Pozzi's perception of space in her every day writing does not differ from her philosophical work, since for her the concepts of center and periphery do not form a strict dichotomy. It becomes superfluous in a world without limits. The perception and philosophy of Catherine Pozzi tends to go beyond the boundaries of space which allows us, as readers of these two forms of writing, to comprehend her vision of a spatial and temporal eternity.},

  abstract  = {Vasoactive agents which elevate either cGMP or cAMP inhibit platelet activation by pathways sharing at least one component, the 46/50 kDa vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (V ASP). V ASP is stoichiometrically phosphorylated by both cGMP-dependent and cAMPdependent protein kinases in intact human platelets, and its phosphorylation correlates very well with platelet inhibition caused by cGMP- and cAMP-elevating agents. Here we report that in human platelets spread on glass, V ASP is associated predominantly with the distal parts of radial micro filament bundles and with microfilaments outlining the periphery, whereas less V ASP is associated with a central microfilamentous ring. V ASP is also detectable in a variety of different cell types including fibroblasts and epithelial cells. In fibroblasts, V ASP is concentrated at focal contact areas, along microfilament bundles (stress fibres) in a punctate pattern, in the periphery of protruding lamellae, and is phosphorylated by cGMP- and cAMP-dependent protein kinases in response to appropriate stimuli. Evidence for the direct binding of V ASP to F -actin is also presented. The data demonstrate that V ASP is a novel phosphoprotein associated with actin filaments and focal contact areas, i.e. transmembrane junctions between microfilaments and the extracellular matrix.},

Drei Arten, C. humifusa, C. maculata und C. prostrata, konnten nachgewiesen werden. Bevorzugte Wuchsorte sind neben Bahnh{\"o}fen, botanischen G{\"a}rten und G{\"a}rtnereien vor allem Friedh{\"o}fe. Auf den untersuchten 126 Friedh{\"o}fen des Main-Spessart-Kreises wuchsen die Chamaesyce-Arten auf Kies- und Sandwegen, in Pflaster- und Plattenfugen, auf Gr{\"a}bern und Beeten. C. humifusa wurde auf 27, C. maculata auf 46 und C. prostrata auf einem der 126 Friedh{\"o}fe des Untersuchungsgebietes gefunden.},

Wir berichten die Ergebnisse einer systematischen Inhaltsanalyse von 2025 Stellenanzeigen, die im Zeitraum von jeweils einem Monat in den Jahren 2018 und 2020 in g{\"a}ngigen deutschen Online-Stellenb{\"o}rsen ver{\"o}ffentlicht wurden. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass der Arbeitsmarkt f{\"u}r Psychologinnen und Psychologen {\"a}ußerst vielf{\"a}ltig ist und eine große Bandbreite beruflicher T{\"a}tigkeiten im Gesundheits-‍, Bildungs- und Sozialwesen, der Wirtschaft, der Wissenschaft sowie bei Polizei, Justiz und Verwaltung umfasst. Die Psychotherapie war mit 35 \% das gr{\"o}ßte Berufsfeld, w{\"a}hrend sich die Mehrzahl der Stellen auf berufliche T{\"a}tigkeiten verteilte, die sich in der Regel keinem einzelnen Fachgebiet der Psychologie zuordnen ließen. F{\"u}r 27 \% der ausgeschriebenen Stellen war eine Approbation erforderlich, und 28 \% der Stellen waren befristet. Die Ergebnisse liefern wichtige Informationen f{\"u}r die Konzeption und professionsorientierte Gestaltung von psychologischen Studieng{\"a}ngen.},

  abstract  = {The present article aims to examine images of the Mediterranean Sea in Jean-Daniel Pollet's essay film M{\´e}diterran{\´e}e (1963), with a particular focus on its representation as a multifaceted space of cultural memory. After some preliminary observations on the relation between the essay film as a genre and images of the Mediterranean, I shall, on the one hand, have a look at the semantic processes through which the film builds up a recognizable image of the Great Sea. On the other hand, however, I will argue that, at the same time, M{\´e}diterran{\´e}e calls this signifying process into question by representing the sea as a space of cultural memory understood as a space of becoming and of deferral of meaning.},

  abstract  = {In August 2004 the authors of this report undertook a survey on the Genus Oenothera (evening-primroses) in the valley of the river Main between the cities of Schweinfurt and Bamberg (Bavaria, Lower and Upper Franconia). 22 different taxa were identified, most of which are new to Bavaria, one new for Europe (Oenothera hazelae Gates) and another one new for Middle Europe (Oenothera stucchii Soldano). In this report a list of all Oenothera species found in Franconia is given and Oenothera stucchii, a particular tall (up to > 2 m) species with extremely long Hypanthia of 50-70 mm and fruit capsules with truncated teeth, is described and depicted in more detail.},
