N2  - Während eines gesundheitsorientierten Sportunterrichts an der Berufsschule nach dem Modell der Salutogenese werden die kognitiven und emotionalen Wahrnehmungen von männlichen Kochauszubildenden mit Hilfe eines Kategoriensystems erfasst und sowohl quantitativ als auch qualitativ - durch eine Einzelfallanalyse - empirisch ausgewertet. Den wissenschaftstheoretischen Rahmen bildet zum einen das Forschungsprogramm SUBJEKTIVE THEORIEN, zum anderen die GESUNDHEITSERZIEHUNG im Sportunterricht.
