N2  - In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden anellierte Chinoliziniumsalze synthetisiert und auf ihre Wechselwirkung mit DNA hin untersucht. Hierbei wurde in Abhängigkeit vom Substitutionsmuster sowohl die Bindungsaffinität als auch der Mechanismus, der zur lichtinduzierten DNA-Schädigung führt, aufgeklärt.
N2  - In this thesis the interaction of quinolizinium salts with DNA was investigated. The studies were focussed on the influence of the quinolizinium substitution pattern on the binding mode and the binding affinity as well as on the mechanism of the photoinduced DNA-damage.
