N2  - Patienten mit fortgeschrittenem Morbus Fabry neigen zu einer Vielzahl an kardiologischen Symptomen, u.A. Herzrhythmusstörungen. Diese sind prognostisch natürlich relevant. Um diese detektieren zu können, erhielten unsere Patienten implantierbare Loop-Recorder. Schon in der ersten Studie konnten so einige signifikante Herzrhythmusereignisse diagnostiziert und eine klinische Konsequenz daraus gezogen werden. Diese Studie stellt nun ein 2-Jahres-Follow-Up zur ersten Studie dar.
N2  - Patients with anderson-fabry disease show a variety of cardiac symptoms including arrhythmias, which are crucially relevant in terms of prognosis. In order to detect those, we used implantable loop recorders. Some cardiac events could already be detected in the first study, each of which had a certain clinical consequence. This study now aims to do a 2 year follow-up.
