N2  - Laut statistischem Bundesamt ergibt sich eine Zahl von über 1000 Patienten, die pro Jahr an einer Nebenschilddrüsenunterfunktion erkranken. Aufgrund der komplexen Funktion des Parathormons sowie der schwierigen und aufwendigen Therapie besteht nach wie vor Bedarf an einer kausalen Therapie dieser Mangelerscheinung. Diese Arbeit soll ein Transplantationsmodell in der Ratte etablieren und den Einfluss der Histokompatibilitätsantigene MHC I und II auf die Transplantatfunktion untersuchen.
N2  - Every year about 1000 people came down with permanent hypoparathyroidism. Due to the complex function of parathormon and the difficult therapy there is still need for permanent therapy of this insufficience. Our destination is to establish a modell of transplantation in the rat and to examine the influence of the histocompatibility antigenes MHC I and II on the graft survival.
