N2  - Da der frühpostoperative Astigmatismus nach Augenoperionen die visuellen Fähigkeiten des Patienten beeinflusst, wurde in dieser Studie untersucht, in wie weit sich die Ausrichtug der Sklerotomien bei Pars plana Vitrektomie mit oder ohne gleichzeitige Kataraktextraktion auf den postoperativen Astigmatismus, den postoperativen Visus und die Entwicklung einer stabilen postoperativen Refraktion auswirkt. Langfristig scheint jedoch die Ausrichtung der Sklerotomien keinen Einfluss auf den postoperativen Astigmatismus zu haben.
N2  - The astigmatism in the early postoperative period influences the patients visual function very much. The purpose of our study was to recover the dependence of the postoperative astigmatism, the postoperative visual acuity and the postoperative refraction on the direction of the sclerotomies in pars plana vitrectomy with or without cataract extraction. 3 months after the treatment the direction of the sclerotomies does not effect the astigmatism any more.
