N2  - Die kappa Leichtketten Rearrangements von den verschiedenen B Zelluntergruppen in Keimzentren der kindlichen Tonsille wurden mit Hilfe der Einzelzell PCR analysiert. Sie wurden anschliessend mit IgD+ B Zellen aus dem Nabelschnurblut und IgM+ B Zellen aus dem Erwachsenenblut verglichen. Analysiert wurde die Verteilung der Einzelgene und die somatischen Hypermutationen.
N2  - The kappa lightchain rearrangements of B cell subgroups within germinal centers of the pediatric tonsil was analysed with the help of single cell pcr. They were then compared to IgD+ B cells from the cord blood and IgM+ B cells from adult blood. The distribution of the usage of single Vkappa genes and somatic hypermutations were analysed.
