N2  - Auf Grund der demografischen Entwicklung nimmt die Bedeutung der Altersmedizin und mit ihr diejenige der geriatrischen Rehabilitation zu. Durch gesetzliche Vorgaben und klinische Überlegungen soll die teilstationäre Behandlung in Zukunft einen größeren Stellenwert bekommen. Vor dem Hintergrund des zunehmenden Kostendrucks werden in dieser Studie prognostische Faktoren für den funktionellen Rehabilitationserfolg (Pflegebedürftigkeit) und die Aufenthaltsdauer bei geriatrischen Tagesklinikpatienten mit den Diagnosen Apoplex und Fraktur untersucht. Mit der multiplen Regressionsanalyse konnte ein Vorhersagewert für den Barthel-Index bei Entlassung für die Diagnosegruppe Apoplex durch den Barthel-Index bei Aufnahme und das geriatrische Screening nach Lachs ermittelt werden; außerdem für die Diagnosegruppe Fraktur durch den Barthel-Index bei Aufnahme und den Motilitätstest nach Tinetti.
N2  - Due to demographic changes the importance of geriatric medicine and rehabilitation is increasing. By means of legal regulations and clinical considerations, day clinic treatment is to gain more importance in the future. In consideration of the increasing cost pressure, this study examines prognostic factors for the functional rehabilitation outcome (ADL) and the lenght of stay of geriatric day clinic patients with the diagnosis of apoplexia and fractures. Using the method of multiple regression analysis, it was possible to determine a predictive value for the Barthel index at the time of discharge in the diagnosis group "apoplexia" by use of the Barthel index at the time of admission and the geriatric screening according to Lachs. Also, a predictive value for the Barthel index at the time of discharge in the diagnosis group "fractures" could be established by use of the Barthel index at the time of admission and the Tinetti motility score.
