Es wurden retrospektiv 477 Patienten in Bezug auf anamnestische Daten, Tumorlokalisation und -größe, sowie die prä- und postoperative Fazialisfunktion erfasst, die im Zeitraum von 1989 - 2000 in der Hals-, Nasen-, Ohrenklinik der Universität Würzburg operiert wurden.
N2  - This retrospective study was performed on 477 patients,who underwent transtemporal and translabyrintine resection of acoustic neuromas between 1989 and 2000 at the university of Würzburg. The function of the facial nerve, anamnestic datas and tumor size was compared before and after resection.

N2  - Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Nachuntersuchung von 334 Patienten, die an einem Akustikusneurinom in der Zeit von 1989 bis 2000 an der Univ.-HNO-Klinik Würzburg auf transtemorale Weise operiert wurden. Es wurden anmestische Daten, Tumorgröße und das postoperative Hörvermögen anhand der Aktenlage ausgewertet.
