N2  - Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden zwei modifizierte Knochenzemente auf ihre Klebefestigkeit und Antibiotikafreisetzung untersucht und mit dem herkömmlichen Biomet Bone Cement verglichen. Beiden Modifikationen wurde Hydroxyethylmethacrylat-Phosphat (HEMA-P) untergemischt. Die eine Modifikation war zusätzlich mit Natriumcarbonat und Calciumchlorid beladen. Der mit HEMA-P, Natriumcarbonat und Calciumchlorid modifizierte Knochenzement erreichte initial lediglich 85 Prozent der Zug- und 81 Prozent der Zugscherkräfte des Biomet Bone Cements. Nach einem künstlichem Alterungsprozess lagen die Zug- und Zugscherkräfte auch deutlich unter denen des Vergleichszementes. Allerdings konnte bei diesem Zement eine große Abgabemenge von Antibiotikum festgestellt werden. Diese lag nach Ablauf von 3 Wochen bei Gentamicin etwa zweifach und bei Vancomycin um den Faktor 25 über der Menge, die der Biomet Bone Cement freisetzte. Die Klebefestigkeit und Antibiotikaabgabewerte des mit HEMA-P modifizierten Zementes ähnelten den Werten des Biomet Bone Cementes
N2  - The aim of the study was to examine two modified bone cements on its tensile strength and antibiotic release. Both cements were modified with Hydroxyethylmethacrylat phosphate (HEMA-P), the one modification was additionally loaded with Natriumcarbonat and calcium chloride. With HEMA-P, Natriumcarbonat and calcium chloride modified bone cement reached initially only 85 per cent of the tensile strength of the conventional Biomet Bone Cements. After an artificial aging process the tensile strength was also clearly under those of the comparison cement. However a large delivery quantity of antibiotic could be determined with this cement. This lay at expiration of 3 weeks with Gentamicin about doubly and with Vancomycin around the factor 25 over the quantity, which the Biomet Bone Cement set free. The tensile strength and antibiotic release of the cement modified with HEMA-P resembled the values of the Biomet Bone Cementes.
