N2  - Experimentelle Stimulierung der humanen DNS-Topoisomerase I durch den Spleißfaktor PSF/p54nrb. Hierbei wurde aus A431-Zellextrakten ein Trimer aus Topoisomerase I und zwei weiteren Proteinen koisoliert. Nach Identifizierung der zwei weiteren Proteine als Spleißfaktor PSF und dessen kleinerem Homolog, dem nukleären Protein p54nrb, wurden deren Auswirkungen auf die Aktivität der Topoisomerase I untersucht.
N2  - Human topoisomerase I was coeluated with two other proteins as a trimeric complexe from A431 cell extracts. The two proteins were identified as splicing factor PSF and his smaller equivalent p54nrb. Activitiy tests of the topoisomerase I showed a clear stimulation of the enzyme by these two proteins.
