N2  - Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war, das Vorgehen der Qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse anhand von Zielen und Problemen von Psychotherapiepatienten (Klartextangaben)zu beschreiben. Ein weiteres Ziel war es die vorherige Studie bezüglich der Probleme und Ziele von Psychotherapiepatienten zu replizieren, um die Anwendbarkeit des damals erstellten Kategoriensystems zu überprüfen. Gleichzeitig entwickelten wir das bereits existierende Kategoriensystem weiter. Dabei war es uns wichtig, der Vielgestaltigkeit der Therapieziele aus Sicht der Patienten Rechnung zu tragen und sie ohne großen Verlust von Sinnzusammenhängen und Zielinhalten einer empirischen Auswertung zugänglich zu machen. Besonderes Interesse galt dabei positiv formulierten, diagnoseunabhängigen Zielen. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine neue Gruppe der "erweiterten Ziele" gebildet. Nach Kategorisierung der Probleme und Ziele von insgesamt 152 Patienten waren die Daten empirisch auswertbar. Nach Analyse der Häufigkeiten prüften wir die Diagnosespezifität. Außerdem prüften wir die Zusammenhänge der Probleme mit den im SCL-90-R erfaßten körperlichen und psychischen Beschwerden der Patienten. Die Gruppe der erweiterten Ziele wurde auf ihre Zusammenhänge und Unterschiede mit soziodemographischen Daten, dem Zeitpunkt des Ausfüllens des Fragebogens, der Ursachenvorstellung, der Behandlungserwartung, der therapeutischen Arbeitsbeziehung, Gegenübertragung und der weiterbehandelnden Institution geprüft.
N2  - Content-analytical study of problems and therapeutic goals of psychotherapy patients The present thesis has the objective of demonstrating the content-analytic assessment of problems and therapeutic goals reported as clear-text information by psychotherapy-patients. Another objective is to replicate the previous study regarding the problems and targets of psychotherapy patients, in order to check/prove the applicability of the established category system. At the same time, we further developed the existing category system. It is important to us to present the variety of the therapeutic objectives from the patient’s point of view and to make those objectives accessible for an empiric analysis without loss of associated general ideas. Our special interests in this respect were positively formulated, health related goals. For this purpose, a new group of “expanded goals” was formed. After categorisation of the information on problems and goals from a total of 152 patients, the data were accessible for an empiric evaluation. We analysed the frequency of the patient’s information and verified the specificity of diagnosis. Furthermore, we compared the problem description with the stress due to physical and mental troubles (SCL90-R). The group of expanded goals was verified for its connections and differences with view to socio-demographic data, the time when the questionnaire was filled out, presentation of causes, expectations of treatment, therapeutic work relation, counter-transmission and institution of further treatment.
