N2  - Zur Neu-Evaluierung des bereits bestehenden SAPS 2-severity scores wurden im Jahr 2002 über einen Zeitraum von 2 Monaten alle Patienten der chirugischen Intensivstation der Universitätsklinik Würzburg evaluiert. In dieser Arbeit wurden die hierbei erzielten Ergebnisse vorgestellt sowie die gängigen Severity-Scores wie APACHE III oder MPM II miteinander verglichen. Desweiteren wurden Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Probleme dieser Scoring-Systeme im allgemeinen diskutiert sowie der neue SAPS 3-Score mit seinen zu erwartenden Möglichkeiten vorgestellt.
N2  - For the new evaluation of the pre-existing SAPS 2-severity score, all patients of the surgical intensive care unit of the university clinic Würzburg have been evaluated in the year 2002 over a period of 2 months. In this dissertation, the results of this evaluation are presented and the current severity scores like APACHE III or MPM II are compared with each other. Furthermore, the possible use and problems of these systems in general are discussed and the new SAPS 3 score with its estimated potentials is beeing presented.
