N2  - Ziel dieser retrospektiven Studie war es, einen Überblick der Behandlungsergebnisse des malignen Melanoms der Aderhaut an der Universitäts-Augenklinik Würzburg in den Jahren 1995 bis 2006 zu geben. Es wurden Patienten mit primär bulbuserhaltender Therapie sowie Patienten nach Bulbus-Enukleation bezüglich Überleben und Mortalität, Rezidivwahrscheinlichkeit und Metastasierung, Visuserhalt und den Komplikationen abhängig von der Lokalisation und Größe des Aderhaut- oder Ziliarkörpermelanoms analysiert. Die Ergebnisse wurden mit denen der aktuellen Literatur verglichen.
N2  - Aim of this retrospective study was to get an overview of the clinical results of uveal melanoma at the Universitäts-Augenklinik Würzburg in the years 1995 to 2006. Patients treated with primary eye-preserving therapy and enucleated patients were analysed to evaluate survival and melanoma-specific mortality, local recurrences and metastases, visual acuity and complications dependend on tumor size and location of the uveal– or ciliary body melanoma The results were discussed with the actual literature.
