N2  - Untersucht wurde die Veränderung der Schallleitungskomponente von einmal und mehrfach operierten Ohren. Einmal Operierte hörten signifikant besser als mehrfach operierte Ohren. Ohren mit Tympanoplastik Typ I hörten signifikant besser als Ohren mit Tympanoplastik Typ III/PORP und diese wiederum besser als Tympanoplastik Typ III/TORP. Bei Ohren mit Stapedektomie lag die Revisionsrate bei 1 %, der Hörgewinn bei über 20 dB. Ausschließlich in Würzburg operierte Ohren hörten signifikant besser als alio loco voroperierte Ohren und erreichten einen größeren Hörgewinn.
N2  - The change of the air-bone gap was examined by ears operated several times and once. Once operated heard significantly better than several times operated ears. Ears with tympanoplasty type I heard significantly better than ears with tympanoplasty type III/PORP and these better than tympanoplasty again type III/TORP. With ears with stapedectomy the check rate lay with 1%, the hearing gain with more than 20 dB. Exclusively in Wurzburg operated ears heard significantly better than alio loco preoperated ears and reached a bigger hearing improvement.
