T1  - Identification of two products of mitochondrial protein synthesis associated with mitochondrial adenosine triphosphatase from Neurospora crassa
N2  - Soluble mitochondrial ATPase (F1) isolated from Neurospora crassa is resolved by dodecylsulfate- gel electrophoresis into five polypeptide bands with apparent molecular weights of 59000, 55000, 36000, 15000 and 12000. At least nine further polypeptides remain associated with ATPase after disintegration of mitochondria with Triton X-100 as shown by the analysis of an immunoprecipitate obtained with antiserum to F 1 A TPase. Two of the associated polypeptides with apparent molecular weights of 19000 and 11000 are translated on mitochondrial ribosomes, as demonstrated by incorporation in vivo of radioactive leueine in the presence of specific inhibitors of mitochondrial (chloramphenicol) and extramitochondrial ( cycloheximide) protein synthesis. The appearance of mitochondrial translation products in the immunoprecipitated A TPase complex is inhibited by' cycloheximide. The same applies for some of the extramitochondrial translation products in the presence of chloramphenicol. This suggests that both types of polypeptides are necessary for the assembly of the A TPase complex.

N2  - Die Auswirkung einer Vorerfahrungsbedingung auf das Entscheidungsverhalten von Schülern wurde untersucht. 188 Volksund lernbehinderte Sonderschüler im Alter von 8 bis 14 Jahren wurden 15mal vor die Entscheidung gestellt, eine von drei Alternativen zu wählen. Die Wahlalternativen waren "Spiele gegen die Natur" mit den Konsequenzen" reale Gewinnauszahlung" und" Ausbleiben des Gewinns" .Als Lernbedingung dienten Spiele, bei denen das negative Ergebnis in dem realen Verlust eines Geldbetrages bestand. Es zeigten sich ein Anstieg von LageWahlen mit dem Alter und eine fördernde Wirkung der Lernbedingungbei Sonderschülern, die 12 Jahre alt oder älter waren. Außerdem ließen die Daten die Vermutung zu, daß das Ausmaß der Retardierung lernbehinderter Sonderschüler im Entscheidungsverhalten größer ist als in einem sprachfreien Intelligenztest.

N2  - Ziel der Untersuchung war, erste Informationen über die Verwendungsfähigkeit einer im amerikanischen Raum entwickelten Auswahlliste zur Messung des Spannungsbogens zu gewinnen. Dazu wurden mit 234 Jugendstrafgefangenen verschiedenen Alters die Verfahren Auswahlliste und Verhaltensprobe zur Erhebung des Spannungsbogens durchgeführt. Außerdem wurden Daten zum hypothetischen Sparverhalten der Vpn erhoben. Durch klassische und probabilistische Itemanalyse ergaben sich verschiedene Skalen aus der Auswahlliste, die alle in keiner Beziehung zum Alter und dem hypothetischen Sparverhalten standen. Verschiedene Nebenbefunde werden im Hinblick auf ihre Konsequenzen für die Verwendungsfähigkeit der Auswahlliste und auf Erklärungsmäglichkeiten diskutiert.
N2  - The present paper studies the value of using an american check list for measuring desired delay of gratification. The desired delay of gratification of 234 young delinquents was measured with the help of this check list and by studying their behaviour. Besides, the saving behaviour of subjects in a hypothetical situation was recorded. Classical and probabilistic item analyses brought forth different scales, all of which showed no relation to the age or to the hypothetical saving behaviourof the subjects. Various secondary findings were discussed especially with respect to their consequences on the value of using the list of items and on the possibilities of interpretation. Resume: Les auteurs appellent "are de tension" (Spannungsbogen) la disposition arenoncer a la satisfaction immediate d'un besoin au profit d'une satisfaction ulterieure jugee plus desirable. Ils se proposent de reunir un premier faisceau d'informations sur l'utilite d'un questionnaire americain (S t u m p hau zer, 1972) visant a mesurer cet are de tension. A cet effet ils s'adressent a 234 jeunes delinquants et leur demandent de repondre au questionnaire qu'ils comparent avec leur tendance plus ou moins marquee a faire des economies; cette tendance est estimee a partir d'une situation proroquee et partiellement hypothetique. Les analyses d'items, classiques et probabilistes selon Ras eh, permettent la construction de plusieurs echelles. Aucune de ces echelles n'est cependant en relation ni avec l'ftge des sujets ni avec leur tendance a l'economie. Les auteurs discutent quelques observations liminaires, puis tentent une explication de leurs resultats et font le point quant - a l'utilite de l'adaptation allemande du questionnaire de St u m p hau zer.

N2  - Frühere Untersuchungen zum Entscheidungsverhalten von Kindern lassen zwei Interpretationen sogenannter lagebedingter Wahlen zu. Entscheidungen von 8- bis 14jährigen Schülern zeigten, daß sich lagebedingte Wahlen als orientiert am Erwartungsmaximum bezeichnen lassen. Die Beziehung zwischen Orientierung am Erwartungsmaximum und den Variablen Alter, Schulzugehörigkeit und Vorerfahrung erwies sich als positiv. Weiterhin konnte die Abhängigkeit der Wahlhäufigkeit des Erwartungsmaximums von der Hervorgehobenheit des Erwartungsmaximums nachgewiesen werden. Die Gültigkeit des objektiven Erwartungsmaximierungsmodells mußte aber wegen verschiedener Befunde eingeschränkt werden.
N2  - Previous investigations on the decisive behabiour of children allow two interpretations of so-called situation-related choices. Decisions of students aged 8 to 14 years showed that choices due to situations may be regarded as oriented toward the expectation maximum. The relation between this orientation and variables such as age, type of school and previous experience proved to be positive. Furthermore it was verified that the frequency of choice of the expectation maximum depends on the accentuation of the expectation maximum. However, the validity of the objective model of expectation maximation had to bc restricted because of various findings
