N2  - Es wurde die Passivrauchexposition von Kindern anhand biochemischer Marker, den Hämoglobinaddukten von 3-und 4-Aminobiphenyl aus dem Tabakrauch überprüft. Es konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass bei Kindern, deren Eltern in Fragebögen eine Tabakrauchexposition ihrer Kinder angaben das 4-Aminobiphenyl signikikant,das 3-Aminobiphenyl zumindest deutlich gegenüber dem Kontrollkollektiv erhöht war. Zudem konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass passivrauch-exponierte Kinder signifikant mehr Mikrokerne in peripheren Blutlymphozyten zeigten als das Kontrollkollektiv. Diese Mikrokerne werden als Marker für gentoxische Schäden angesehen. Der Nachweis der Passivrauchexposition mit den aromatischen Aminen korrelierte positiv mit den gentoxischen Schäden.
N2  - This dissertation monitored the exposition of children to passive smoke with a biochemical marker, the hemoglobinadducts of 3- and 4-aminobiphenyl, components of tobacco smoke. It was shown, that children whose parents told in questionaires that the children were exposed to passive smoke had significantly higher levels of hemoglobinadducts of 4-aminobiphenyl and at least clearly higher levels of 3-aminobiphenyl hemoglobinadducts than the control group. Furthermore it was shown, that children exposed to tobacco smoke had significantly more micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes than the control group. These micronuclei serve as a well known marker for genotoxic damage. It was also shown, that there was a positive correlation between the exposition to tobacco smoke and the genotoxic damage.
