N2  - Die vorliegende Arbeit beschreibt die Synthese siliciumhaltiger Analoga (C/Si-Austausch) der Wirkstoffe Panamesine, Niceritrol und Hepronicate sowie die Darstellung dieser Wirkstoffe selbst. Darüber hinaus wurden siliciumhaltige Derivate eines selektiven N-Typ-Calciumkanal-Antagonisten sowie siliciumhaltige Synthesebausteine vom allgemeinen Formeltyp Si(CH2X)4 dargestellt (X = SAc, SH, OAc, OH, Br, I, N3). Die Charakterisierung der Zielverbindungen sowie aller auftretenden Zwischenstufen erfolgte durch NMR-Spektroskopie (1H, 13C, 15N, 19F, 29Si) und elementaranalytische Untersuchungen.
N2  - This work describes the syntheses of panamesine, niceritrol, hepronicate and their sila-analogues (C/Si exchange). Silicon-containing derivatives of a selective N-type calcium channel antagonist and tetrafunctional silanes of the formula type Si(CH2X)4 (X = SAc, SH, OAc, OH, Br, I, N3) were synthesized as well. All these compounds and all the intermediates were characterized by NMR studies (1H, 13C, 15N, 19F, 29Si) and elemental analyses.
