- Die chromosomale Translokation t(11;14)(q13;q32), welche zu einem BCL1-Rearrangement und Cyclin D1 Überexpression führt, gehört nicht zu den molekulargenetisch nachweisbaren Merkmalen des Marginalzonen-B-Zell-Lymphoms, sondern ist stark mit dem Mantelzell-Lymphom assoziiert.
- The chromosomal translocation t(11;14)(q13;q32), which leeds to a BCL1 rearrangement and an overexpression of cyclin D1 cannot be found in marginal zone B-cell lymphma but is strongly associated with the mantle cell lymphoma.
