  • Based on 500 OPGs from the orthodontic department of the University Hospital of Würzburg, a dental age determination was performed using the London Atlas of Dental Development, the method according to Demirjian and its modification according to Willems. The aim was to find out whether it is possible to draw reliable conclusions about the chronological age of a patient.
