- Every year about 1000 people came down with permanent hypoparathyroidism. Due to the complex function of parathormon and the difficult therapy there is still need for permanent therapy of this insufficience. Our destination is to establish a modell of transplantation in the rat and to examine the influence of the histocompatibility antigenes MHC I and II on the graft survival.
