ERGEBNIS: kein Nachblutungsrisiko, durchwegZIEL: An möglichst großer Fallzahl und vergleichbarem Patientenkollektiv zu überprüfen, ob eine niedrigdosierte Heparintherapie für Patienten mit intracerebralen Blutungen schädliche oder nützliche Auswirkungen hat. METHODS: retrospective analysis of 238 patients (10 year period) with spontaneous basal ganglia hemorrhage with regard to bleeding, threomembolic complications, death, functional outcome (GOS) comparing heparin therapie vs. no prophylactic anticoagulation and distinguishing between operated and conservatively treated patients.
