• PTCA alleine ist nicht der Königsweg in der modernen Medizin. Erst durch die Kombination mit der Stentimplantation können längerfristig akzeptable Ergebnisse erzielt werden mit deutlicher Besserung des klinischen Status des Patienten. Zumindest in den ersten 4 Jahren ist die kombinierte Intervention aus PTCA und Stentimplantation wirtschaftlich günstiger als die Bypassoperation. But in combination with the Stentimplantation you can get to long- term acceptable results with a definite improvement of the clinical status. The combinated intervention of PTCA and stentimplantation ist more efficient than a bypassoperation for the first 4 years. The additional prescription of ASS, ADP- Rezeptorantagonists and GP- IIb/IIIa- rezeptorantagonists effects moreover better results.
