N2  - The synthesis of the organosilicon compounds Ja-d is described for the first time. They were characterized by their physical, chemical, and pharmacological properties. 3 a- d are shortly acting muscle relaxants. Their detoxification is achieved by hydrolysis of the Si-OC bonds ("intended sites of cleavage").
