Mit größerer Schwierigkeit der Aufgaben erhöht sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer Abwendung. Nach diesen und weiteren Ergebnissen scheinen Sprechen und Blickzuwendung zumindest teilweise ähnlichen Regeln zu folgen wie andere simultan ablaufende Tätigkeiten.

N2  - Internal characteristics such as depressed mood, anxiety and general negative emotions are accompanied, particularly during depressive illness, by changes in observable behaviour. Accordingly, the following questions may be examined: are intra-individual changes in speech and gaze behaviour related to changes in the internal psychopathological state? Further, do these changes occur synchronously to changes in the state of subjective well-being? A longitudinal study was made on depressed patients. Their behaviour was observed during standardised interviews and diagnostic-therapeutic discussions held at regu~ lar intervals. Various speech and gaze parameters were examined with respect to their coordination and their relationship to the subjective state of well-being. Considerable variation was found in the temporal relationship amongst these variables. The results are discussed with respect to the relevance of speech parameters and the coordination of verbal and nonverbal behaviour as indicators of the psychopathological condition.

N2  - A panel of simple repetitive oligonucleotide probes has been designed and tested for multilocus DNA fingerprinting in some 200 fungal, plant and animal species as well as man. To date at least one of the probes has been found to be informative in each species. The human genome, however, has been the major target of many fingerprintins studies. Using the probe (CAC)5 or (GTG)5, individualization of all humans is possible except for monozygotic twins. Paternity analyses are now perfonned on a routine basis by the use of multilocus fingerprints, inctuding also cases of deficiency, i.e. where one of the parents is not available for analysis. In forensie science stain analysis is feasible in all tissue remains containing nuc)eated cells. Depending on the degree of DNA degradation a variety of oligonucleotides are informative, and they have been proven useful in actual case work. Advantages in comparison to other methods including enzymatic DNA amplification techniques (PCR) are evident. Fingerprint patterns of tumors may be changed due to the gain or loss of chromosomes and/or intrachromosomal deletion and amplification events. Locus-specific probes were isolated from the human (CAC)5/( GTG)5 fingerprint with a varying degree of informativeness (monomorphic versus truly hypervariable markers). The feasibility of three different approaches. for the isolation of hypervariable mono-locus probes was evaluated. Finally, one particular mixed simple (gt)n(ga)m repeat locus in the second intron of the HLA-DRB genes has been scrutinized to allow comparison of the extent of exon-encoded (protein-) polymorphisms versus intronie bypervariability of simple repeats: adjacent to a single gene sequence (e.g. HLA-DRB1*0401) many different length alleles were found. Group-specific structures of basic repeats were identified within the evolutionarily related DRB alleles. As a further application it is suggested here that due to the ubiquitous interspersion of their targets, short probes for simple repeat sequences are especially useful tools for ordering genomic cosmid, yeast artificial chromosome and phage banks.

N2  - Im Rahmen bauvorgreifender Untersuchungen durch die Stadtarchäologie Straubing unter Leitung von Frau Ildiko Bősze konnten in den Jahren 2018 und 2019 im Südosten von Straubing, im Bereich des dortigen Wasserwerks, Teile einer älterlinienbandkeramischen Siedlung erfasst werden. Neben einigen Gruben und vier Hausgrundrissen kamen im nördlichen Bereich der Fläche die Überreste zweier Grubenöfen zu Tage, die hier ausführlich besprochen werden sollen. Als in den letzten Jahren selten anzutreffende Befundgattung und aufgrund ihrer auffällig unterschiedlichen Konstruktionsweisen mit und ohne Steinpflasterung bilden die beiden Straubinger Grubenöfen zwei interessante Untersuchungsobjekte. Mit der Verbreitung der Grubenöfen vom Rheinland bis zum Donauknie und der zeitlichen Beschränkung praktisch ausschließlich auf die LBK handelt es sich um ein Konstruktionsprinzip, das in der Zeit vor den ersten Ackerbauern und auch im anschließenden Mittelneolithikum nicht genutzt wurde (Pechtl 2008, 72–74). Es erscheint daher erstrebenswert, die Befunde sowie die anzusprechende Keramik aus den beiden Grubenöfen aufzuarbeiten und vorzulegen.
N2  - In the course of preventive investigations by the Communal Archaeology of Straubing lead by Ms. Ildiko Bősze in 2018 and 2019, parts of a settlement dating to the older Linear Pottery (LBK) were recorded in the area of the local waterworks in the southeast of Straubing. In addition to several pits and four houses, the remains of two pit kilns came to light in the northern area of the site. These will be discussed in detail here. Due to their rarity and their strikingly different construction – with and without stone paving – the two pit kilns prove interesting objects of study. With the spread of the pit kilns from the Rhineland to the Danube Bend and chronologically practically exclusively limited to the LBK, their construction provides a design principle not used before the time of the first farmers or in the subsequent Middle Neolithic (Pechtl 2008, 72–74). It therefore seems desirable to process and present the findings and the available pottery from the two pit kilns.

N2  - Im Nordosten der Republik Niger sind Karstformen in Sandsteinen, Silcretes, Eisenkrusten und im Kristallin weit verbreitet. Aufgrund geomorphologischer Untersuchungen und mikromorphologischer Analysen läßt sich eine echte Verkarstung im Sinne lösungsbedingter Reliefformung nachweisen. Untersuchungen an Dünnschliffen und rasterelektronenmikroskopische Analysen von Quarzkomoberflächen zeigen extrem starke Kornkorrosion in den äußeren Probenbereichen (Wandungen von Karstformen) und allgemein starke Spuren von Kieselsäuremobilisierung. Die Ausfällung von Kieselsäure auf den Quarzkörnern kann bis zur Neukristallisation von Quarz reichen (Djado, Stufe von Bilma) oder nur als amorpher Überzug ausgebildet sein (Massive von Tennit und Koutous). Die Gesamtheit der Befunde deutet auf eine Hauptphase der Verkarstung im frühen Tertiär hin, die von weiteren Lösungsphasen im jüngeren Tertiär und wahrscheinlich auch im Quartär gefolgt wird. Die jeweils über weite Räume ähnlichen Befunde lassen eine Abhängigkeit des Verkarstungsgeschehens von den paläoklimatischen Bedingungen vermuten; vor allem durch die Ausbildung eines unterirdischen Entwässernngs- und Hohlraumsystems sind enge Wechselbeziehungen zwischen Karstformenschatz und der Entwicklung der übrigen Reliefelemente gegeben.
N2  - In the northeastem part of the Republic of Niger karstic features in sandstones, silcretes, ironcrusts and cristalline rocks occur very commonly. On the base of geomorphological field studies and micromorphological analyses real karst forming caused by rock dissolution is verified. Analyses of thin sections and scanning electron microscopy of quartz grain surfaces show extreme corrosion in the exterior parts of the samples and an important mobilisation of silica. Precipitation of silica on quartz grains may reach the state of recristallisation of quartz (Djado, cuesta of Bilma) or of only amorpheous silica coatings (massifs of Tennit and Koutous). The results indicate a main period of karst formation du ring early Tertiary, followed by others du ring late Tertiary and Quaternary. The widespread distribution of similar results indicates the dependence of karstification on palaeoclimatic conditions; the subterranean drainage and cave systems cause a significant dependence between karst and the development of other landforms.

N2  - Aus einer SE von Guttenberg im Frankenwald auftretenden Abfolge von bisher zur ordovizischen Randschieferserie gezählten grauen Schiefern und Tuffiten, den "Streichengrund-Schichten", wird eine reiche Assoziation organischer Mikrofossilien mit einem unterdevonisehen (Unter-Ems) Ablagerungsalter und mit aufgearbeitetem Unterordovizium (Ober-Arenig) beschrieben. Diese umfaßt 11 Arten der Chlorophyten, 44 Arten der Acritarchen - davon neu Uncillisphaera spinifurcillata 11. sp., sowie 42 Taxa der Sporae dispersae und Scolecodonten. Die somit als tektonische Schuppe innerhalb der ordovizischen Randschieferserie liegenden Streichengrund-Schichten stellen eine im Frankenwald bisher unbekannte Fazieseinheit des Unterdevon dar, die mit ihren vulkanischen Anteilen bayerische, mit ihren klastischen Anteilen thüringische Züge besitzt. Lithologische Vergleiche mit den in streichender Verlängerung nach S hin auftretenden dunklen Schiefern der stratiformen Lagerstätte von Kupferberg legen ein Unterdevon-Alter auch für diese Einheit nahe.
N2  - From aseries of grey shales and tuffites, the "Streichengrund beds" whieh erop out SE of Guttenberg in the Frankenwald, a rieh assodation of organic microfossils is described. It comprises 11 species of chlorophytes, 44 species of acritarchs, including the new species Uncinisphaera spinifurcillata n. sp., 41 taxa of the Sporae dispersae, and scolecodonts. The mieroflora of the Streichengrund beds, which were considered so far to represent apart of the Ordovician Randschiefer, indicates a Lower Devonian (early Emsian) age of deposition and also contains reworked Lower Ordovician (Upper Arenigian) components. Therefore the Streichengrund beds occur within the Randschiefer as a tectonically isolated wedge. They represent a lithologie unit unknown so far in the Lower Devonian of the Frankenwald and can be considered to be a transitional fades between the vo\canically influenced Bavarian and the siliciclastic Thuringian Lower Devonian facies of the Frankenwald. Because the dark shales containing the stratiform ore deposit of Kupferberg are situated in the prolongation of a strike of and are lithologically very comparable to the Streichengrund beds, a Lower Devonian age is inferred for these deposits, too.
