- Die Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit zeigen erstmals die weite Verbreitung des IS100 innerhalb der Spezies E. coli und große Ähnlichkeiten bezüglich der chromosomalen Lokalisationen einzelner Kopien in einem heterogenen Kollektiv von E. coli-Stämmen.
- The results of the present study attest to the wide distribution of the IS100 element among bacteria of the E. coli species and reveal significant similarities with regard to the chromosomal localisation of numerous single copies within a heterogenous E. coli strain collection.
