• In dieser retrospektiven Studie werden die Möglichkeiten und die Vor- bzw. Nachteile der palliativen Laserchirurgie bei fortgeschrittenen Tumoren des Hypopharynx, Larynx und der Trachea untersucht. Dabei wird unter anderem besonders auf die Lebensqualität, die Wiederholbarkeit des Eingriffs, die Hospitalitationsdauer und die onkologischen Ergebnisse geachtet.
• This retrospective study survey the possibilities and advantages / disadvantages of palliative laser surgery of advanced cancer of the hypopharynx, larynx and trachea. In this context the attention is specially directed to the quality of life, the possibillity of surgery repetition, the duration of the stay in the hospital and the oncologic results.
