Einfluss des VEGFRezeptor-2 spezifischen RTK-Inhibitors PTK 787/ ZK 222584 auf Angiogenese und somit Wachstum maligner Gliome in einem Tiermodell. Verwendet wurden hierbei C6-Rattengliomzellen aus denen durch retrovirale Transfektion von VEGF cDNA in sense Richtung ein stark VEGF exprimierender Zellklon generiert wurde.
