- Mit Urteil vom 16. Juni 2015 hat der Europäische Gerichtshof die Ankündigung der Europäischen Zentralbank, im Rahmen der Outright Monetary Transactions (OMT) im Notfall Staatsanleihen krisenbedrohter Eurostaaten in unbegrenzter Höhe anzukaufen, für rechtmäßig erklärt. Zwar wurde das Programm nie in die Tat umgesetzt, jedoch wirft das nachfolgende Quantitative Easing-Programm (QE) der EZB erneut die Frage auf, wie das Urteil des Europäischen Gerichtshofs und der Vorlagebeschluss des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zum OMT-Programm zu beurteilen sindMit Urteil vom 16.
